TLB Results
As a result of a year-end closing engagement with a new client TLB was able to fully reconcile a Towns budget with Town Meeting minutes, the tax rate and the Towns accounting ledgers for the first time in the Towns staff recent memory. This process resulted in enhanced reporting to the Finance Committee, identified inadvertent under funding of some government funds and new methodologies to allocate costs to enterprise funds and to recover those costs, which resulted in additional revenues to the general fund.
